About Us
Stingers Cafe is a small, family owned cafe & restaurant located in Belleville, IL near the intersection of Old Collinsville Rd and Lebanon Ave. Featuring gourmet coffee selections as well as a full menu, visit the cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Stingers Inc. was founded in 2004 with Stingers Restaurant & Pizzeria located in Cahokia, IL. The Cahokia location offers a full bar and restaurant and is well known for its pizza. Under new ownership and management since 2018, Stingers Inc. has expanded to opening a second location in Belleville, IL known as Stingers Cafe. While offering most of the well known items such as its pizza and sandwiches, the cafe adds a gourmet coffee feature as well as soups & spuds.
